How to make healthy, low cal pancakes

Do you love pancakes, but hate all the heavy calories traditional pancakes carry?! I know I do. I have lost over 60 lbs this last year, so I have been on a mission to make healthy yet delicious, health conscious recipes perfect for the whole family. This recipe is quick, easy and versatile to please even the pickiest eater.


Ingredients

4 egg whites

1/4 c plain greek yogurt

3/4 c oats, steel cut or oat bran

1-2 tsp truvia sweetener

1/2 banana or other fruits and/or ingredients, ie. applesauce and cinnamon or unsweetened chocolate powder (include more truvia when adding unsweetened powder)

Blend all ingredients in blender till well mixed.

pour onto griddle set at 350 degrees and cook till edges are dry then flip. Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes

I am going to try these! I love Truvia--what a gift! Should you use any levener -- baking powder? I bet these will be GREAT with agave syrup.
